Meet our Executive Chef, Christopher Coil. Chris is an innovative culinarian with over 20 years of experience that has allowed him to quickly climb the ranks of the operation in food service management.

Chris began his culinary career as a Cook Supervisor for Harry’s Main Street Grille where he went on to become the Kitchen Manager and Sous Chef. Chris became a Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) and a Certified Food Protection Professional (CFPP) from the University of North Dakota.

He then went on to work for Culinary Services Group, LLC. as a Cook Supervisor before eventually taking over as Corporate Training Support. Chris took his passion for food safety and services and became the Assistant Food Service Director where he assisted the Food Service Director with planning, directing, and coordinating the food service and its related activities according to federal, state, facility, and company regulations.

After taking over as the Area Chef Manager for Culinary Services Group, LLC. Chris was responsible for ensuring high quality customer service at 14 facilities that are 130+ beds by providing vital training and development to all culinary team members throughout the MD/PA region.

He then took over as the Director of Dining Services where he planned, directed, and coordinated the food service and its related activities according to federal, state, local, facility, and company regulations. While managing a team of more than fifty members and an annual budget of 2.1 million dollars.

Chris has now taken over as the Executive Chef for Bebo’s Mac Shack.
